Mr. Rogers is a Co-Founder of the NCHCI and serves as its Chief Executive Officer.  He has over 20 years of experience working in the field of health care informatics and 20 years of experience in higher education administration, major gift fundraising, marketing, and business development.   He also spent five years working in engineering and marketing for a regional full-service environmental consulting company.  He is a seasoned grant writer and project manager and has significant experience in the field of simulation-based training for the US Military Special Operations Forces.   Mr. Rogers was the on-site coordinator for the past three Montana Economic Development Summits hosted by Senator Max Baucus.  He is active in his community and state and sits on a number of different boards and committees.  Mr. Rogers is the Chairman of the Board of the Montana Health Co-Op and the immediate Past President of the Butte Local Development Corporation.  He holds an undergraduate degree in Petroleum Engineering and a Masters Degree in Technical Communication.  He is a part-time faculty member at Montana Tech.   He has three grown children and enjoys running, mountain biking, skiing, hiking and fly-fishing.
