The NCHCI is leveraging its experience in healthcare simulation training, technology research, and development to create the nation's first healthcare simulation training facility dedicated to the needs of rural healthcare practitioners.  This project is currently in development, construction is expected to begin in 2023, and the Center is expected to open in 2024
